2026 Arhaus Wellness Program – Overview
We are pleased to announce the Arhaus Wellness Program! This program is being offered through HealthWorks and is designed to support and encourage you to take charge of your health while offering various opportunities to maintain and improve your health throughout the year. You can also reduce your medical insurance premiums!
Through the HealthWorks portal you can easily navigate the program steps and requirements, track your progress toward program completion, participate in wellness challenges and access health-related content.
You may earn points by completing activities by December 18, 2026. Points earned will convert to Wellness Credits.
10 Points Earned = 1st Wellness Credit
20 Points Earned = 2nd Wellness Credit
30 Points Earned = 3rd Wellness Credit
- Preventive Care Sign-Off (5 Points)
- Download the Preventive Care Sign-Off in your HealthWorks portal
- Biometric Screening Check (5 Points)
- Not required to record biometric values by your physician. This is to help you understand and know your numbers!
- Age- and Gender- Appropriate Screening – up to 2 options (3 Points each)
- Take charge of your health and view the details and examples in your HealthWorks portal.
- Tobacco/Nicotine Free & Cessation Resources (5 Points)
- Confirm that you are tobacco/nicotine free. Those who do not meet the tobacco/nicotine-free wellness standard may complete the Reasonable Alternative Standard (RAS). The RAS is designed to support education and engagement through a structured tobacco cessation resource. Please contact the Benefits Department for additional information on how to complete the RAS.

Employees covered on an Arhaus medical plan have the opportunity to earn Points to apply to your medical insurance premium discount.
For the duration of the 2026 Arhaus wellness program, you have the opportunity to earn Points for the following health-focused activities:
- Preventive Care Visit & Preventive Care Sign-Off
- Age- and Gender- Appropriate Screenings
- Tobacco/Nicotine Waiver

Points will add cumulatively throughout the program and will be applicable to your premium incentive discount and will be applied to the upcoming plan year, January 1, 2027 – December 31, 2027.
Please note: Those who are not covered on an Arhaus medical plan still have the opportunity to participate in earning Points (will not be applied to any premium discount) and the opportunity to earn raffle entries for fun prizes!
