Arhaus is committed to providing comprehensive medical & prescription drug coverage for you & your eligible dependents. You have the freedom to use the doctor or hospital of your choice. Our plan utilizes the Blue Access PPO network. When you choose a provider who participates in the Anthem national network, you reduce your out-of-pocket expenses & the cost to the Arhaus. In order to meet the diverse needs of each of our employees, we offer two medical plan options from which you may choose. Your premium is directly related to the Deductible/Out-of-Pocket option you choose. All Deductibles, Coinsurance & Copays (both Medical & Rx) will aggregate towards reaching your individual and/or family Out-of-Pocket Maximum.

Employees who choose to enroll in the $3,200 HSA Plan & meet the IRS guidelines will be eligible to make a contribution to a Health Savings Account. Arhaus will also make a contribution to the HSA on behalf of the employee.  See the Health Savings page for more info.

Note: Medical & Pharmacy expenses are subject to the same Out-of-Pocket Maximum.
