Short Term Disability
Effective the 1st of the month after 90 days of employment Full-time Associates may be eligible for up to 90 days of short-term disability benefits conditioned upon written medical certification that the employee is unable to perform his/her job due to a medical condition. STD benefits will not commence until the paperwork has been approved and the employee has been off work, due to medical reasons, for 14 consecutive work days. 100% paid leave for 30 days, then 70% for up to 11 weeks.

Long Term Disability

LTD benefits will not commence until the paperwork has been approved and the employee has been off work, due to medical reasons, for 90 days.
This coverage can help replace a portion of your income in the event you are unable to work due to a covered disability that is non-work related & continues for at least 90 days. The long-term disability plan replaces 60% of your monthly income loss up to a maximum of $5,000 per month.
